How do you handle online test pressure?

I am completely overwhelmed with work and my current course load this semester. Honestly, it has gotten to the point where I just want to pay someone to take my online exam for me so I can finally catch up. Has anyone here actually done this before, or are there better ways to manage the stress? I need some real advice.
