I'm comparing different SAP Joule Training programs and trying to understand which topics are actually important from a practical learning perspective.

Apart from introducing SAP Joule and SAP Business AI, I think a useful course should cover how Joule supports business processes, natural-language interactions, prompt creation, data-driven assistance, integration with SAP applications, security considerations, and realistic business scenarios.

Hands-on exercises also seem important because simply understanding AI concepts may not be enough to use Joule effectively in a professional environment.
