Are Research Publication Services Worth It?

Hi all, I have been considering using research publication services to help with submitting my work to journals. The process can be time consuming, especially with formatting, editing, and choosing the right journal. I'm curious if anyone here has used research publication services and whether they actually made a difference in acceptance rates or overall quality.
Would you recommend them, or is it better to handle everything independently?
