Finally got our spill kits sorted after that nasty coolant leak

I wanted to share a quick update because I'm honestly feeling pretty relieved after dealing with a stressful situation last month. We had a coolant line rupture in our workshop and about 50 liters of bright green fluid went everywhere before we could shut it off. Complete chaos for about 20 minutes, but the worst part was realizing we didn't have enough absorbent material on hand to deal with it properly. We ended up using floor sweep and old rags which was a nightmare to clean up and probably not very environmentally friendly. That incident finally pushed me to get serious about our spill response setup, so I spent the last couple weeks researching and ordering proper kits. I ended up going with US-made ones because I've heard they're more reliable and the absorbency ratings are actually tested properly. I found a best spill kits US Made supplier in UAE that had exactly what we needed, and I got a couple of large wheeled bins for the main workshop areas plus some smaller portable bags for the storage rooms. They arrived last week and I've already trained the team on where they're located and how to use them. It feels good knowing we're actually prepared now instead of just hoping nothing goes wrong. Anyone else had a similar wake-up call that pushed you to finally invest in proper safety equipment?
